  • 50ml Our/London Vodka

  • 85ml grapefruit juice

  • Salt

  • Grapefruit garnish


  • Rim a rocks glass with grapefruit wedge and turn glass upside down and crush in salt.

  • Fill glass with ice.

  • Add the grapefruit juice and vodka and stir

  • Garnish with the grapefruit wedge
