50ml Our/London Vodka
85ml grapefruit juice
Salt
Grapefruit garnish
Method
Rim a rocks glass with grapefruit wedge and turn glass upside down and crush in salt.
Fill glass with ice.
Add the grapefruit juice and vodka and stir
Garnish with the grapefruit wedge
